Thanks to DJI’s Mavic 3 Pro Drone with Fly More Combo & DJI RC, filmmakers now have more control over their video. With the addition of a third lens—a 70mm f/2.8 medium telephoto—this flagship drone offers you more creative possibilities by allowing you to record more of the subject and its surroundings. The remaining lenses include the incredible 24mm Hasselblad wide-angle lens with 5.1K resolution and the 166mm telephoto, which has been improved to f/3.4 and 60 frames per second for greater light sensitivity and smoother video. With this tri-camera system added to the already-existing Mavic 3 features—O3+ long-range transmission, up to 43 minutes of flying duration, and—the Mavic 3 Pro is safe for even novice pilots.
Triple-Lens Camera System
- 24mm Hasselblad Wide-Angle: The 20MP Hasselblad camera is still in use, including a huge 4/3 CMOS sensor for lower noise in low light and an aperture that can be adjusted from f/2.8 to f/11. It uses the Hasselblad Natural Color Solution (HNCS) to capture and generate true-to-life colors in your material and offers 5.1K video resolution at 50 frames per second. You can use D-Log, D-Log M, and HLG for post-processing.
- 70mm Medium Telephoto: With an f/2.8 aperture and 1/1.3″ CMOS sensor, this 48MP lens is the newest addition to the tri-cam system and provides superb daytime and nighttime photography. A 3x optical zoom can help you obtain crisper midrange images in 4K at 60 frames per second. D-Log M and HLG are supported for efficient post-production, and it’s capable of taking advantage of Night, ActiveTrack, and Hyperlapse shooting modes.
- 166mm Telephoto: With its revised f/3.4 aperture, which lets more light in for superior low-light performance thanks to its 1/2″ CMOS, this 12MP full telephoto lens is back. It also adds a 7x optical zoom for sharp close-ups and increases its 4K frame rate from 30 to 60 for smoother footage.
Safe Flying
Using APAS 5.0 technology, an omnidirectional obstacle sensing system actively identifies impediments during flight and automatically calculates safe paths around them.
