The DJI Osmo Mobile 6 Smartphone Gimbal is designed with a more compact frame that makes it simpler to balance and fold down. It also has an extension rod that adds an extra 8.5 inches of length, which may be used to create more artistic images. Additionally, an upgraded magnetic phone clamp is included, which enables the gimbal to recognize and automatically position the clamp when your phone is detected.
Improved stability over longer ranges is provided by the revised ActiveTrack 5.0 on the Osmo Mobile 6, which tracks human subjects’ body shapes automatically and doesn’t require manual selection. Several filming modes and features, including as Sport, Portrait, Underslung, Landscape, Time-Lapse, Motion-Lapse, Hyperlapse, Panorama, Slow-Motion, and Inception-style, are available with the DJI Mimo app when connected over Bluetooth 5.
